Who is responsible

DM Roof CommV, trading as Costa Tent, is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Its company details are listed at the bottom. For any question or request about your data, email [to be added].

What we collect and why

• The waitlist. When you join, we store your email address, the language you use the site in, the page you signed up on, and when you signed up and confirmed. We use this only to tell you when bookings open. Legal basis: your consent.
• Emails you send us. We use what you send only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver this site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.

We don't use advertising trackers. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies, doesn't follow you across other websites and doesn't identify you personally. We never sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.

How long we keep it

• The waitlist: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest until the end of the 2027 season.
• Emails you send us: as long as we need to deal with your question.
• Technical data: for a limited period, for security purposes only.

Who processes it for us

A few service providers process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

• Neon — stores the waitlist.
• Vercel — hosts this website and counts anonymous visits.
• Resend — sends the confirmation email when you join the waitlist.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or just email [to be added]. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects you, we'll tell you by email.
